Shipping Policy

Dear Customers,

Cristel's Boutique specialize in handmade crochet apparel made with love.

Domestic Orders are processed within 10-14 business days and are shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service. Shipping time is normally 1-3 days if your item is in stock and 1-2 weeks if your order is not. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone (if phone number has been provided).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) for their package(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipper, USPS, to file a claim. Cristel's Boutique is not liable for damages to orders once it has been shipped and is no longer in our possession.
Cristel's Boutique is not responsible for missing or lost packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
